Is the price per site?
Yes. Each WordPress site has its own yearly subscription. You manage them all from one account.
Does the price include tax?
Prices include VAT or GST where it applies to you. In the US and Canada, any sales tax is added at checkout. Businesses can add a VAT or GST number at checkout.
How do I pay?
Online, through Paddle. Paddle is our payment partner and handles payments, tax and invoices for us, so your receipt will come from Paddle.
Is hack repair really included?
Yes. If a protected site gets hacked, we clean it up and close the gap that let the attack in. Two clean-ups a year are included for each site, at no extra cost.
If a site keeps getting hacked, removing the malware isn't enough. The cause is usually outside what any security plugin can control, such as a stolen password, a problem with the hosting or a plugin that's no longer maintained. We'll do a free consultation, find the cause and give you our advice. If a plugin needs replacing or rebuilding, we'll quote for it first. If you've followed our advice and we still can't get your site clean and keep it that way, we'll offer you a full refund for the year. See what's outside our control.
What if my site has already been hacked?
Tell us before you buy, using the free security check form. We'll look at what's going on and talk you through the options.
Pressfort is built to stop sites getting infected and keep them up to date. It can't guarantee to clear an infection that was already there, so this isn't covered by the included clean-ups. If our first scan finds malware, we'll try an automatic clean-up free of charge. If that doesn't clear it, we'll quote to finish the job by hand, or refund you in full if you'd rather not go ahead.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. Protection keeps running until the end of the year you've paid for, and then it stops. It won't renew.
Do I need to change my hosting?
No. Pressfort works with any host that runs WordPress.
